The Linfield industrial park, also known as Publicker, spans 192 acres and was used for multiple purposes over the years. Along with repackaging and distributing antifreeze and ammonia based cleaners, the site was also used by Kinsey Distillery as a warehouse and whiskey distillery. Two plans to re-utilize the land have been proposed - a trash-to-ethanol plant and an electricity turbine fired by natural gas, however several hurdles such as contaminant cleanup need to be surmounted first.
