Even without knowing much Italian, I could interpret the gist of this message... somehow.

Lemon Koolaid?
Zombie Juice!
Medical waste? Must be burned or is highly flamable? Anyone?
Rifiuti Infetti... Radioactive confetti? I have no clue, but I think I'd give those 'danger cups' a wide berth.
Its the "universal -Biohazard" emblem.
my bad, i see incinerire, it probably does mean flammable
Gosh i am sorry, if they are cups i guess it is infectious biohazard waste and should be destroyed by incinerating.
I ran this through google translator and got:

"Danger infectious waste
contaminated sharps waste to be incinerated"
Thanks shortarseJo. Good idea. I was pretty close on my uneducated guess.
Just for once the Google translator was actually fairly accurate although its a literal translation

It says "Danger, infected waste. Contaminated sharps and waste to be incinerated."

Italian grammer is backwards. ie, you'd say Il Gallo Rosso which would literally translate as Rooster Red.
I am hoping those cups were not ever used
Strange, sharps containers are red in the States. Medication waste goes in yellow bins
DANGER WILL ROBERTSON
Fangirl's translation is accurate. Hey, thanks to this picture I discovered the actual name of the place! Doh :)
I agree with JackieB. I hope those cups where never used.
"Warning: not a barf bucket".
Sharps bins in the UK an Europe are yellow, and purple for cytotoxic /radioactive waste
Beautiful contrast.
