Poor patients! I hope they gave them lots of tranquilizers. The way that mildew is growing on the walll is positively malevolent.

Very moody photo, my favorite of the gallery. It feels like a still from a Hitchcock movie, very striking.
I would have tried to have a long shadow of a man in the doorway to make it more noir.
