Beautiful soothing greenery and fresh smells. Crunch leaves underfoot. Nice.
.......yup....odd trees.
Manicured lawn and Lovely trees covered in Ivy. It looks so pleasant here.
It is a lovely, serene place, but I think I see what -B- is seeing about the trees. I can't think of any other way of describing it, either. Just 'odd' trees. And that ivy is really something!
What an Awsome Motts.
Love the "odd" trees! Gorgeous shot.
Nice place to take a nap!
I've never seen trees with the trunks so covered with ivy.
The Ivy will eventually choke out and kill the trees, just like Kudzu does here in the South Eastern USA. The trees are twisted like that because there are too many of them in the area, and as they grow larger they will twist and lean in an attempt to get more sun.
told yeahs...*_* i want a forest of them to play and frolic in.
Andy I was thinking about Kudzu also. It is the worst. This ivy is kind of pretty and Kudzu is just plain ugly.
Wallpaper please!!!
A very tranquil setting !!!!!
Yes! Please make this a wallpaper!
love this
Nope, the ivy won't kill the trees. It just grows there, but the growth kinda slows down after some while, probably due to winter frost.
a really pretty shot. looks like a good place to read walt witman
