Forest Island

Forest Island

I'm not sure if this was part of a large fountain, or some other structure surrounded by water. The remnants of a bridge can be seen on the right.

This is one great shot Motts, the color is magnificent
Gorgeous! And slightly creepy.
i want to build a house there.
Just beautiful. It has a fairy tale quality to it. Uh, would you mind bringing me my cappuccino and a chair up there, please?
I love the blue and the green. There seems to be some fancy tiling or stone work on that structure.
How cool is that! Some kind of observation deck perhaps. Wonder if that tree was planted there or grew up from the bottom?
Love the design around the base of the "island". I would have tried to get over to the island, but knowing my luck I'd probably get stuck.
That's some tree house - kids' ultimate dream!
a place to jump from after losing in the casino
Oh wow! I can almost see the Hobbits or some faeries and other mythical beings having a tea party up here.

It seems so peaceful...
Thats Pretty , i likey !!
Still don't know what this is but i found a vid on youtube titled Consonno La città dei balocchi. Something very similar shows up at the 0:36 mark.
The curved surface of the wall looks like it has some
sort of mosaic on it. Are those three trees growing
out of the top portion of this concrete structure ?
I am wondering if this was probably an outdoor patio
so that people could have drinks or something like that.
