What I presume to be a typical patient bedroom, which made up the bulk of the rooms in this building. These each had a sink and double doors - some led to a small decorative balcony on the upper floor, or a large porch to accommodate a bed on the lower floor.

Let the soap dispenser jokes commence! The sink doesn't look like it's in a good place to look out at the great view as you wash your hands. You'd have to lean way back.

The radiator looks like it got tired and leaned against the wall.
The thing on the floor seems to be a single window sash. Maybe the transom window of the big window we can see here?
