Motts what was the pavilion used for.
I would guess fresh air treatments, where beds could be rolled out of the main building easily, but I'm not certain.
Sunshine was the treatment back then ..
I love fountains. The trees snuggled up against the railing there make the pavilion so inviting. I could sit there for hours.
Its pretty wicked how the building and nature seem to respect each others space and not infringe upon each other.

Looks like it would be fun to skate through these areas. This actually reminds me of a zoo's observation area.

Does anyone actually know if sun/air treatments actually worked for TB? My aunt Evelyn was in a TB hospital but I never asked her what it was like. Time to call her and ask. Anyone interested in what she says??
