I recognized these balusters from Beelitz, and perhaps a few other places. Some seemed to have been scrapped.

the rails do seem to have been gone. Nice looking room
I like the colors. The pink and green make it look like Spring.
The balusters are very Art Deco-looking, but don't seem appropriate for a hospital. The squiggly snake-like uprights inject a feeling of tension.
Watch your step please.
oh! i just noticed the doozie
I love this shot! I would love to have a museum that was built completely of pieces from various hospitals and possibly some abandoned buildings!
I love, just to the left of middle, the green stairs, red handrails and yellow railings with the large column seeming to hold up the staircase. Wonderful lighting and detail on the rest of the squiggly uprights. Colin, what is a doozie?
Doozie is a very old expression pertaining to a car aDeusenburg auto which was very expensive and if you owned one you had a Doozie
Beautiful stair railing. Another detail with French/Art Deco architecture.
2nd floor lingerie, women's wear and missing hand-rails!

I really like the colors.
The entire place will one day be scrapped by recyclers once they can move on it when the owners are not looking ,And i cannot blame them this post victorianesque goldmine is ripe !
Truth be told i would love to see it restored to its former glory !
