Shade

Shade

Of course some rooms were a bit less hospitable (otherwise I probably wouldn't be here with my camera!)

Nasty to say the least
I'm crazy, I see a woman's torso underneath the lampshade by the window.
What a drastic change, a stark difference from the previous photo. The lamp shade must be mold resistant...look at that!
Amazing what a little water will do to a building.
I love the juxtaposition of that perfect-looking lampshade hanging in that devastated room.
Can I have that lampshade??

Please?

:D I think it is fair to say that this room has seen better days...
LOL, LOL, LOL the thought of Mama in a lampshade
I agree, LucieLou. Perhaps it is plastic, from the 1970's.?
HAHAH...only when I am drunk and disorderly.:D

I am available for all parties, weddings, and bar mitzvahs. :D
Wow ! It is amazing how well the lamp shade has held up when you compare it to the total deterioration of the rest of the room. This makes me wonder what secret chemical compound that the lamp shade is made out of.

I cant believe how great that lamp looks compared to the rest of the room. That just floors me. Wow!
And I will be taking the previous room thank you.
I love how the lamp shade is still pristine.
That was a big change from the first shot to this one :)
They still sell those gawdawful lamps. Some kind of nasty plastic that lives forever. I was suprised at the lack of dust or mold on the dumb thing as well.
