Trippy angle!
Fascinating stairwell. Compact and functional. Someone went to a lot of trouble to take the handrails.
Wow, it must be the perspective, but the lower level staircase looks so steep it is almost a ladder.
Im with you BKW Ontario! I was thinking the same thing. Looks awfully steep and a doozy to try to walk going down. Must be the perspective.
well thats not a place to explore at night! lol
I'd hate to slip on the top floor.

I agree with you all. While the angle is compelling, I really don't want to try going down those stairs. The shadows at the top add a slight touch of menace.
I see the railings are gone, which makes me wonder how ornate they were or was it just for the scrap value.
Humm...

*Warning* Please take Dramamine and Thorazine before viewing this picture...?

I can imagine mis-stepping and falling through that space...

WHAAAAA HOOOOOOO!
oh ,now carefull, watch your step..
That first step can be a lulu
Has a strange feeling to it sort of like a stairwell from a sub marine or military base... minus the hand rails... of course...
This place was onced used as a military training camp, which would explain Shadowdancer's thoughts
Vee are soldiers, vee do not need zee handrails.
dangerous
