I wonder what the purpose of the platform was?
It looks like there was another entrance that got walled in.
Kind of a weird angle?
In spite of all the degradation of everything else, those tiles are still sparking white. I want them for my bathroom!
this looks like it could have been a shower room with stalls that are no longer there.
I can't imagine what that platform was used for...nothing is coming to mind. It looks like a lab or some kind of work-area? I haven't a clue!
That's clearly Betty Boop's stage. ;)
BWAHAHAHAHAH...ok THAT was a good one Kathy! :D

Ya know...I would be the one that is walking around in here and WHOOPS...trips RIGHT OVER that stupid thing LOL!
oh Kathy, you made me giggle so much my co-workers are staring.
lol Kathy, but should there be a pole on stage then
I would want to say the platform is for surgeries or to exame corpses in a lab. It couldn't be a shower do to the lack of holes for shower heads and knobs, and there is electrical boxes and items on the wall and ceiling. The bench like things along the back wall could have once held tools. Or this could very well have been a theropy room, the window letting in natural light and the electrical equipment lending power to theropy appliances the platform would be used to hold equipement and other theropy items
Not much room around the edges of that platform. It looks like one would have to walk on it to get through to either end. This must be a last ditch effort to trap the zombies below a giant plug in the floor.
