Glisten

Glisten

The central room between ORs... the tile was still gleaming white, even after 11 years of neglect.

Nothing can tarnish tile Motts.... at least it a nice white and not that nasty bright blue or disgusting pink you see in other places.
probably busy in its day
Those cabinets look like fireplaces.
Why would someone go in and smash all the glass and the tops of the tile counters? senseless.
I agree 100% BKWOntario. I'll never understand mindless vandalism. Maybe it gives the vandal a sense of power over something that was huge & strong (like a building). IDK
Nice to sit here and imagine attendees busy handing out supplies to the doctors and nurses in the OR.
the people that go in these places just to smash things up are called idiots -
Reminds me of the kennel room at the vet's office...
love how the glass is broken on the doors, and yet they are opened up. Maybe this missed a piece of glass
That's where Dr Mengele stored all the brains. Zombies have long since eaten them.
The decay looks the same all over the world, but with those metal mesh shutters it is drier and less moldy and mossy. Like the bright whiteness in this shot and those very square tiled openings. All those shiny tiles; tiles last. Hmmmm wondering if the ceiling is tiled as well? Good picture! Be well, Mr. Motts!
