Blue and green are very calming. Much more so than pink or yellow. I couldn't imagine working in or having a procedure done in a pink or yellow operating theatre--gawd, what a nightmare that would be!

Operating rooms do not usually have windows. Plus this room appears huge. Many a hospital that was built longago would love to have an operating suite this big. Wonder how this room was used.
