Jets

Jets

What I assume to be a decontamination chamber, much like the one I've seen at the hospital in Weißensee. I would guess the jet-like tubes above the door were used to administer the disinfectant.

There was no evidence that the room was used for disinfecting people; stacks of mattresses and other large types furniture could have been sprayed down in here.

Very strange what ever it is!
Possibly vents to suck the air out (negative pressure)
a large tanning booth maybe?
large microwave?
i believe fireman1374 is right
That's a new one to me.
I was thinking to suck out as well, I assume that's why the door has an 'overlap' on the inside so as when it's closed there's less chance of it ending up in the hallway due to the pressure.
It looks like a big Lego block.
LOL your right satiria
Ah-ha! The old "decontamination chamber" trick, huh?
