What a seriously cool shot! Looks like alot of work went into this balcony and that it once had a planter box built all the way around. I can just imagine it full of lush green ferns.

holy cow, with my bad eyesight I would have walked right out there! What a surprise THAT would have been! I have a fascination for missing floors for some odd reason.

It's such a peaceful scene, and the balcony and details look so attractive, and then you notice that the entire floor is missing. You don't want to just blindly walk through the door here, your first step would be your last.

Wow. What more can I add to the comments already made? I love this view! I have always been a forest kind of gal (DH and I used to go camping out in parks and campgrounds a LOT before our first child was born and then when I was pregnant with #3 we took the family camping in Canada, tents and all!) so this is a very serene and calming comforting picture. Just watch that first step...it's a DOOZY. :)
