Green is thought to have a calming effect on people. I don't know how well it works on Third Reich zombies though!

There are holes in the front wall too. Peep holes? Naw, looks like there used to be wires or something. Sooooo, the "soothing" green was used in almost all government buildings as well. Did they need to sooth the workers. Perhaps they should start painting the post offices green again.
