There's that lovely green again...was green supposed to be a soothing color also???
Yea it doesn't look too bad in this setting, not like some of the others. Unless the daylight made a difference. This hall doesn't look too bad really.
I love the black hollow rectangle half way down the corridor, it makes a great contrast to the yellow and green.
This deep green looks pretty good. Hallway in good shape.
someone liked the color green...
Pastel greens (and pastel pinks, blues, yellows) were supposed to be soothing/ calming colours. They're still used in hospitals to this day... Although now it's not calming, just a reminder of where you are.
Seems one of the doors is reasting on the groung.
Maybe it was tired???
That green really doesn't look too bad in this setting at all. I think the daylight helped, but this does make me think hospital.
ITS PRETTY! (LOL was dared to do that. its still pretty, though.)
and this room looks brand new
Green was a popular choice. Surgeons first added “spinach-leaf green” to their clothing in 1914 to reduce glare from traditional hospital whites. In the 1930s, hospital decorators used green to influence patient moods. It carried associations with nature, growth and recovery. Tiled surgical suites, patient rooms, clothing and instruments all went green in the post World War Two era.
