Hidden

Hidden

There it was, hidden amongst some junk piled up on the lower level - two drawers and a cooler behind the wall. It's no wonder I walked past it without notice, with the cooler doors closed.

It was an odd set up, akin to a bad movie set. The doors had to have been refashioned at some point; they weren't insulated, and the handle was some cheapo thing that would break in your hand if you weren't careful. I wondered if it was even functional after renovations, and if not, why the cooler doors were made at all.

An other mystery for the ages?
Power was still on....careful Motts!
Oh my that is a small freezer even for the dead.
The lit Exit sign is surreal. I wonder how on earth would one lug a dead body from a gurney to that top drawer?? And retrieving said body from the top drawer would be a major effort.
Getting the body up there would be the 2nd of my fears the first would be that it would fall back on my head. Yuck :(
There's a kind of scissor lift that's used to get them up and down from those high drawers, called a morgue lift or cadaver hoist I think.
Still Motts...wouldn't that freak you out? I would be afraid that the body would slide off of it and land on me...EWWW...

That exit sign just makes this so...creepy and surreal like the morgue was put in here as a second thought or something...
Interesting Stuff right here! Thanks for the info.!
even zombies need to no where the exits are
Even zombies need a place to sleep after an all night zombie party.
I want to pull the fire alarm
Looks like regular cabinet doors on there! Good camouflage.
Chances are that the cadaver would not stay on the premises too long after death--it would probably be taken to a mortuary within hours.
sometimes you just have to wonder why?
why is the power still on???
I just noticed that myself looked like the exit sign was lit up so evidently there was power still active in the building someplace
