Its transom window and chains that get my attention!
Wow that is a LOTTA rust lol.

Love it!
I love the green in this picture. When was the office tower closed by the way?
This office hasn't been used in quite some time?
I wonder when was the last time that transom window was opened. I remember ceiling tiles identical to these in my father's insurance business office. They were installed in the 1950s.
Those are the old asbestos tiles also used to absorb sound in music studios
I would imagine the office tower was closed in 1979 with the rest of the terminal, but it's possible these rooms fell into disuse even earlier (BCT was first put up for sale in 1959).
Ugghhh, ugly ceiling tiles!! -though plain cinderblock probably has a high echo factor.
