Reminds me of the robot thing in the Flight of the Navigator movie from the 80s!
I believe this ships name was max (in flight of the navigator) I loved that movie.
Looks like a sentry robot from one of the original "Fallout" games
*Looks like a giant EYEBALL*

Gasp--this is CREEPY to the max!
It's ED-E from Fallout Nev Vegas!
Plug 'er in, fire 'er up, & see what happens!
You put your head in there first Larry! LOL.Think you'd get a spark? Hey! it might work just fine...but you try it first :)
From the side this looks like an old salon hair dryer.
...the mugshot of a hairdryer. Hehe awesome
Another skull cap cutter used for the lobotomies. High speed saws in that thing zip the tops of the skulls right off. Patients would suck for that old phony "hair dryer" trick every time.
Larry; Fire being the predominant word in that sentence.
Hi Autoguy! So very nice to read what the REAL story was behind these hairdryers! I knew you would know and educate us accordingly...lol. :)
Giving the light switch the evil eye since 1979!
Reminds me of a photography lamp in a studio. Also makes me think of the lamp lights used for the jeans commercial that was shot in that episode of Three's Company. I think Jack leaned on one and burned his hand and his yell ruined the shoot (been a while since I've seen the episode).
Kinda reminds me of the death rays on the martians in the old black and white War of the Worlds. That movie used to scare the crap out of me as a kid.
The peeling paint reminds me of some kind of a mosaic. Very interesting shot!
reminds me of h.g. wells movie war of the worlds (the 1st one)
