Here we go with the no privacy toilet thing agian. Before anyone gets all uptight and start with the stupid comments...let me set it straight.

There are reasons for there being NO barrier between them since this is a state hospital...yes, it IS weird to go potty and have someone possibly right next to you...yes it does seem like a violation of human rights...yes it is disgusting, stupid, weird, tragic, etc. but there IS A REASON (see other pictures of no privacy bathrooms for clarification on that) and if you don't like it, move on to the next photo. Odd that these two toilets are so close and that there seems to be plenty of space to the left where the closest toilet could have been place. These two are so close you could hold hands while doing your business... /blech .. not for me!

I think that might be an antique soap dispenser mounted on the wall above the toilets.

Nope money, its one of those old toilet paper holders that issued you ONE sheet of micro-thin pieces at a time.

This is the buddy system, Were I worked at one time management got so mad about the messy toilets after use that we the wise guys said that they should go to bathroom in pairs to insure one or the other wasn't purposely making a mess of the toilets! Hence the buddy system. And no the buddy system never got off the ground.

Where are the toilet seats, were there every any? This bathroom is kind of creepy with those pipes showing and the high ceiling. Those toilets are creepy too but I like it.
