Great perspective.
Well, I can guess that at least one person was physically fit! I couldn't do all those crunches, etc!

*That reminds me...I have to start working out myself...getting kinda soft from being inside all winter!*

Where did you find this Motts? Is that a hole or a stain of some sort in the upper corner there?
that guy didnt do any crunches. he failed
someone else did the crunches. . . on his HEAD
Too big to do crunches... Its says Big Mike on the cement floor.
I just noticed "Big Mike" is written upside down right above this.
Looks like " Big Mike ' was a litter bug.
"Too keep my strength up I would see how many push-up I could do in 10mins that i would try and break that record"

From the Simpson's!
that belongs to Big Mike....he is a friend of Hubcaps
Taking pride in one's physical appearance is important. Nice tight six-pack abs are very attractive in the showers!
LOL autoguy!!! I was gonna say that!
A log of push-ups, sit-ups, and crunches. And somewhere along the line of F&ck; it on the crunches
Zero crunches. haha
Crunches SUCK after a while. :D

I used to take Tung Soo Do Karate (I was a 5th rank green belt, only 2 ranks from a red belt and 5 from a black belt) and my sensei used to make us do leg-lifts and crunches until we were almost crying...then he used to come around and make us tighten our abs and he would actually walk on us. I had abs of steel back then lol! Not so much now after 5 kids..Master Sparks would be so ashamed at how I look now. :(
That empty "crunch' column is kind of sad, haha.
Inmates who lived in the 5 cell blocks "behind the wall" got an hour of recreation in the small yard beside their cell house daily. No mixing with inmates from other cell blocks allowed. CB3 inmates had to recreate indooors in a room. The word recreation was a stretch. Fresh air outside was about all there was. A couple of old basketball hoops and some shadowboxing was about it. However there was a softball field and there were games on summer nights. I remember sitting in tower #5 which was right beside home plate, and looking down on the games some nights.
Big Mike is actually 5.4, The "Big" Part is actually from something else.
