Ten

Ten

Inside a small intact portion of the building were a few remnants of someone's temporary home and this large book; the wind flipped the pages right to the ten commandments!

It would be great if the pages were blown while Motts was setting up
his shot.

You are right Steve. Very Cool!!
Well..at least it didn't flip to the pages about the horsemen and the 6 seals...judgement day. LOL!

THAT would've been CREEPPPYY as heck!

You are one brave soul Motts my friend. :)
I would imagine the book was left over from the Ancilla Domini Academy, which last used the buildings.
Remarkable! V.....Honor thy father and Mother... Bible verses still in great shape.
Beautiful picture!
God sure knows how to send a message! Of all the spots to turn too.... The contrast between the surrounding is really cool.

"The works of man will crumble, but the word of God will last for eternity."
WOW talk about omens!
Wow, its cool that the bible survived so many years in a decaying building
That's a beautiful bible. :) Looks brand new almost.
What a great shot! I'm so happy I found this site!
Nice shoot. The ones of old books are always wonderful.
And I bring you the fifteen, *smash*, I mean, TEN commandments. And the 11th commandment, don't get caught.
very well said canada and ohh how true. great shot motts
Hahaha autoguy! That was the exact same thought I had as soon as this image loaded!

This is a great shot. The clean whiteness of the pages are a striking contrast to the rusty desk and aged clutter of the room
