All made of rust except the two plastic and one wooden one!
These must have been here forever judging from those rusty hangers & that rusty closet rod. That peeling paint looks like open wounds. Motts, your attention to the small details in a structure is amazing. You take a lifeless old building & remind us that this was once used & inhabited by people. These silent & peeling walls witnessed happiness & sorrow. Laughter & tears. Daily life & even death. You're incredible photography captures all this perfectly.
Couldnt of said it any better Larry D. I appreciate your comment.
No. Wire. Hangers. EVER!
i like the amazing array of different kinds of hangers.
Ditto what Larry D said.
Great contrast of textures and colors!.
probably all donations by the look of them.
What Larry D said.
Perfectly put.
That pink plastic hanger just looks soooo vintage. I love it. (It looks like it would match the walls in some of the other rooms. ) Very colorful place.
It's funny, but my husband is always trying to understand my obsession with abandoned places....Larry D. you said it perfectly. I'm going to let my hubby read it, so maybe he'll see what I mean.
I had the same first reaction as Dylan A.
anyone seen my coat?
Wow Larry D, well said.
Me too Pain! That was the FIRST trhing I thought of:

"NO...WIRE...HANGERS...EVER!"

Ditto also what Larry D. said. :) These buildings almost have a life of their own and echo the lives that were lived inside of them, good and bad.

Your photography just brings that out for everyone else to see, Motts. :)
Ditto.
