Almost looks like straw on the ground.
I'm trying to figure out the lighter square section in the upper right corner; The wall looks flat, except for that small section. It appears to be a different distance than the rest of the wall. Someone enlighten me, please.
Would that be Room, door, hallway, door, room?
This shot is crazy, I love it.
It's an optical alusion (forgot how to spell it, sorry) But theres just a line going down the wall from the ceiling to the right hand cornor of the door, if that's what you meant.lol
Really cool.

It really illustrates the feel of an asylum, too.
Straw on the floor could mean this building was used for firefighter training at some point. Plus I see heat blistering/charring on the walls.
It is straw on the ground; someone had previously mentioned fire department training using straw and wood pallets, which might explain the soot and materials left in this building.

The line in the top right is definitely odd; I thought it was the wall buckling in but it almost looks painted on...
Maybe that line is the seam between 2 pieces of sheet rock (or whatever they used in there)? This is a really cool shot!
Amazing photo, I love the colors.
Doorway echos.....
very Escher! awesome!
If these walls could talk. Did you ever feel these rooms were haunted....Did you ever feel the presence of anything while taking any of these photos? I can feel it looking at the photos. The photographs are truly amazing.
Every place has it's own kind of "vibe," not sure if it's just a personal take or something else... but I haven't had any supernatural experiences otherwise. Thanks!
