Yes, how cute! The little dutch maidens and the windmill. :)
Just be glad there wasn't a rotting pianist!
haha, nice one. :)
Really cool find. :)
Wow Motts. Your talent just keeps getting better with each post. This is a spectacular gallery and I'm only a few pics in. Was this a child care room?
Thanks; I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the room was, although the piano hints at a recreational or music / art therapy area.
Cool tiles. I wonder how long it took the piano to get like that
Poor piano
LOL Ferdy!!! ;) The mosiac is very cute! Coming from someone who plays one....that poor piano....
Wow...just...wow!
The piano almost looks like it was on fire at one stage.
It's so sad to see what was once a beautiful instrument, and probably brought joy to many just rotting away like that. Actually, it's a shame to see the WHOLE building rotting away.
Can you make this a wallpaper? It is so amazing.
LOL Ferdy !!!!!!!
The tiles on wall don't look like the regular subway tile, they look smaller, and the freize on the top is great. Where have all these craftsmen gone?
I can hear the faint strains of "The Entertainer" drifting down a hall.
now thats a dilapidated piano if i ever saw one...
We're Dutch are really everywhere!!! It's a nice history fact for a change! Im relieved they put "my" Holland in, one of the (very little i have to say) happy making and fun related rooms of this scary, evil, haunted, unreal but so unbelievable beautifull building!!!! haha
I'm dutch too and it's almost abnormal they put a little piece of Holland in the US haha! But yet awesome. Love the piano, very nostalgic.
