Carpeted hall are really hard to roll wheelchairs on.
I love the windows in this hall. Thanks for the before picture. Its really still in good shape.
If some of these where from the patients, they were not bad at all! Would of loved to have seen these! Wonder where they all ended up?
Man, that's freaky, with the tilt and the angled supports by the windows!
I really like these "before & after" shots.
Love that angle!
Makes me a bit seasick (where IS that pook bucket Motts?) but I too love the before and afer shots. VERY interesting.

And yes...rolling wheelchairs on a carpet any higher than flat-carpeting was A PAIN IN THE TUSH!
This hallway seems less "institutional"
It's nice to see a before and after comparison. I like some of those paintings.
Looks more like a school hall, than a hospital.
Time has taken it's toll in this part of the building, it's listing to port.
Thanks for the before picture, it adds a lot. Once again, Mr. Motts your eye is excellent, in tilting your shot to add more angles to those in the walls and windows...so much more interesting than taking the photo straight, as one normally would.
Hey I like this angle, unusual for you, but it works.
sir we struck an iceberg and the ship is sinking
Last time a hallway looked like that to me was after a particularly good Christmas office party . . .
Can't be 100% sure, but it looks like the 'before' picture features a tiled floor.
nice angle, great coloring with the light coming in.
LOL Spad...yeah, I know what you mean lol!

Isn't port to the right and starboard to the left? (If that is true then it is listing to starboard, right?)

I could NEVER get those striaght...

Sorry, just being a smarty-pants here. :D
Interesting looking hallway. I like the paintings in the before picture. Its nice to see the angles instead of the straight tiled walls.
*rubs eyes*

OK, I'm good now, no need for the puke bucket. Cool angle. The poor lonely hallway...it needs it's pictures back.
The pictures in the historical photograph looks like patient artwork, I wonder what became of it all.
that is so cool
Man I'm soooo dizzy !!
The angle creates the impression of being on a sinking ship.
Is occupational therapy a lot like politcal re-education?

port = left, ( four letters each is how I alwasy remember )
Unless your facing backwards, then.. well actually it looks like the end of the hallway is twisting as well as listing. Time is spinning, maddness - seeks control..
reminds me of my church kind of
The first thing I thought was GO-KART RACES! Prop all the big doors open, set up a course around the building. NO straw bales!
That would be totally fun, autoguy. I'm up for it!
Window cauling & light ballasts = PCBs
Why on earth did they need all those paintings? Were they trying to start some sort of Hospital Art Gallery?
