Lonely chair waiting room.
How very interesting! Love to look at this! Brings back memories of an old shop my grandparents use to go to.
OMG I WANT THESE CHAIRS!!!!!!
yea me too, I'm surprised a collector hasn't taken them
There is something about chairs with built-in ashtrays that cracks me up.
Now if a red chair moved in they would all probably leave?
yeah, the ashtrays built in to the chair arms takes me back to the days when you could smoke while getting your hair cut, while standing in line at the market or bank, while riding on the bus or in a cab, in a bar or restaurant, at your desk at work. . .. maybe if people were allowed to smoke again they would be a little calmer and wouldn't be such miserable, rude, inconsiderate rags all the time. WOW I think I just opened up a big can of worms!! Well, I did smoke like a blast furnace for 25 years and quit cold turkey 5 years ago so I think I have some perspective about smoking.
I dont think I would want to touch anything in this place!
Me too Eldokid. Smoked for 25 years and quit about 10 years ago. Some days I would still love to have a cigarette but nope nope can't do it lol.
Kinda look like car seats (without the armrests)
Eldokid, I remember when folks were allowed to smoke pretty much anywhere. They were just as angry, hyper, stressed-out, anxious, irritable, and explosive as they are now. Cigarettes don't do it. Now thorozine -- that may just be the ticket.
I agree devin that would solve a lot of problems lol....
Decaying barber chairs... I wouldn't bring one of these back home for a million bucks, they look straight out of a Stephen King movie, not to mention the risk of Mesothelioma.
Bumper chairs, coming soon to a creepy abandoned hospital near you!
Nah, Nilsen, it's Lonely Chair speed dating! Lonely no more!
These remind me of airplane seats-my brother in law obtained retired airplane seats and he welded skis to the bottom- he pulls it behindnhis snowmobile in the winter when the lake freezes-so cool!
I think everyone is missing the irony of the ashtrays in the arms of chairs in a tuburculosus hospital. I can't breath, but I can still smoke!
