I think alot of that is crumbling plaster?
gee, that would be a handy contraption if you wanted to have your dinner in the lounge, you could put a 3 course meal on there!
a seemingly simple device but I'm curious about it's purpose. Notice the small hooks around the upper portion. Maybe to mobilize heavy medical equipment ; the hooks maybe for patient charts?
The hooks probably held a cloth bag for dirty linen. Looks like the shelves gave the staff a place to have extra items the patients might have needed.
It 's an early model gas grill...
something that held a heart monitor or blood preasure machine or summink like that
I believe its a "med cart"
Love the multi-shelf design! I'd like one of those to hold houseplants on my sun porch.
