looks a little confined.
A D...... you nut! hahaha! Maybe it was a sign of sorts that they would carry around with the handle on top and post it where ever the need was. There is something about it however that reminds me of a mailbox :)
all though they're not like that anymore thats were face masks and gowns and gloves are kept so the care givers can put them on before going into a room. now place use a night stand or the cheap plastic storage carts from a place like walmart.
So was anything inside?
It's just a weight they tie patients too. When you fill the real isolation rooms you need a way to keep patients away from others! Just kidding, don't kill me Lynne!
man I love this place
What ever it is ,it is a mystery for the ages
Pam has it right on the head.
I noticed ISOLATION is handwritten : to mark where it belongs not what it's for, more than likely.
More dirt and filth. I wonder what kinds of bacteria are in this place
I could be wrong but that looks like an old "gomco" suction machine, the glass collection jar would sit in the bottom shelf. gomco suction is for ng (naso-gastric) tube suction to keep the stomach empty after some surgeries., to the digestive system.
At any rate, regarding protective gear, I would not want to have reason to visit anyone in isolation/intensive care. Needing to wear as much stuff as a staff member seems like it would be a cumbersome annoyance to me.
I miss Lynne! Hope she comes back soon!
