I would love to see a before shot of this scene.
That door sure looks narrow.
Weeeeeeeird. Super-tall door, across which was painted a wide, blue stripe. The painting along baseboards stuff is nothing unusual, but continuing uninterrupted across the door is not very common. The color stands out, especially considering the soft pastel shading at the upper reaches of the room.
I wonder if the doors are narrow or if they are just tall,as I would think the ceilings were probably 10' to14' high in this old of building?
This door is a bit narrower than a standard one, not by much though.
Is that a push-button light switch?!? I haven't seen those for YEARS!

Lots of soft pastel colors in this one...love it.
One of the few doors I've seen with hardware still intact. The blue stripe on the bottom is interesting. I wonder what was behind that door.
