Is the floor giving out in the center or is something laying on it? Those rooms just look so massive compared to the size of the chair. What a gorgeous building.

I think it's an animal trail; they appear in some really dusty places. Rodents or raccoons making their way through the rooms on a routine basis.

Curved entrance to an other hallway,very intriguing. I once had a farm house that had a hallway 45 degress from the outside wall,made the front bedrom have 5 walls!
