Great shot Motts ,the sky and the city ,tells it all.
Yeah, great view of Philly.
I'd love to be standing there right now.
Looks like a nice city.... although I have watched Parking Wars seems that you can not park your car anywhere in the city!

Still I would like to see Philly, have a REAL Philly Cheese Stake!
I've never been to Philly. I fell in love with Pittsburgh when I was there, though. For some reason I pictured more hills and trees in Philly, but I guess Pittsburgh is closer to the mountains, so it's different landscape.

This is a nice shot.
Canada , if you ever come to Philly.Pats Steaks rule even though Genos is across the street, try both , you be the judge
I have never been myself. Very beautiful! I love this picture. i love everything about it!
Beautiful shot of the city.
I live 15 minutes from Philly, to those of you who haven't been there, there are some minorly interesting and historical parts, but most of it is run down apartment buildings, not to mention you get mugged around every corner...........
I live in South Jersey myself and while Philly has it's rough
edges there's still alot of good there as well.
It's got a lot of good places to see.
Dex is a tool and doesnt know what he is talkin about. Philly is a phine city.
I live smack in the middle of the mid-west (actually in southwestern Indiana on the border of Kentucky) never been to the east coast.
Such contrast between the soft sky and jaggered buildings
Terrific shot, beautiful view of the city.
First off, gotta say hi to everyone! I've been a lurker for a while, but finally had to comment!. Mr. Motts, Love the site, you do what I've never had the courage to do! Thank you for bringing these places back to life.

Oh, and Rekrats! I'm glad you liked Pittsburgh! That's my city! :-) And also home to one of Mr. Motts' other locations- Dixmont!
Welcome Ms. BritBurgh! Hope you enjoy many more of mr. Mott's future and past photo experiences! :)
I was in lurk mode for a while Ms. BritBurgh.
But I wanted to join the fun myself.
Welcome !
what a beautiful day for this pic
love it!
wow, nice view....its impressive...but i'm in a rural bumpkin town, so it doesnt tak much...no it really is a great view....
Amazing.
Beautiful shot.
hey I see my cousins house!
Love it!
I lived in philly for the first 18 years of my life. I really disliked that city, but I must say this picture makes it look beautiful.
I have to tell you, I don't love Philly (especially the Eagles....I'm a NY Giants fan) but that is a beautiful shot!
I can't find my neighborhood!!!
Born and raised in Philly and I'm still here. I actually lived only about 2 blocks from this Hospital. It used to have a brick wall that circled the building and had trees and flowers planted behind the wall. We would sit on the wall on a hot summer night and enjoy the breeze.
I live across the street from this place. These pictures are not helping my burning desire to get up in therrrrrrre
The view from where it's "always sunny"
Nice skyline shot. I live in Detroit so we don't get to really see that kind of thing. @Dex, I've been to Philly and not once was I mugged,
molested, vexed, bothered, or anything else. Philly's a great city.
Canada, surprisingly the best philly cheesesteak isn't geno's or pat's in my opinion. My favorite is a place by the river called Rotten Ralph's.
I live about 2 hours from Philly in Scranton, Northeast PA...and I have to say that going to Philly was a lot of fun. We weren't bothered not even once, though we did stay to the "touristy" areas. Philly cheesesteak is THE BEST here!! OMG noone else is even CLOSE! :) This picture makes the city look so peaceful. :)
What a million dollar view! Love Pennsylvania. I attended fire officer school in rural Bucks County. Beautiful countryside.
Im sorry but i cant resist: *Pops in Green Day CD* I WAS THEEEEEEEEERRRE! I WAS THEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRREEE!"

LOL all goofing off aside, its beautiful!
Rekrats and Britburgh:
Nice to meet some more Pixburgh fans! I live 45 minutes away but spent a month in Oakland this past year due to health problems. Love going to Pittsburgh, even if its for drs appts. Oh, Mama of 5, I used to live in Scranton when I was younger. I lived on Court Street, my great aunt and uncle lived on Dean Street. I went to St Patrick's School, and my older sister worked at Steamtown Mall Sears when the mall first opened.
