Typical hospital ward all clean and sanitary.
Again this ward seems to be in decent shape.
Before it's all destroyed or left to degrade
it would be nice if some of this stuff was salvaged.
Not sure I'd go with clean and sanitary, Ferdy. LOL! For an abandoned hospital, yeah it's in better shape than many we've seen. But if this was a functioning unit, I'd say it looked more like the King's Daughters hospital in Temple, TX. Still open, and far from clean. Let alone sanitary!
Reminds me of a room I was in when I broke my arm many years ago. You can almost smell that "hospital smell"!
Looks like the room I was in in 1998. I had (oh NO not more spelling) when I had pneumonia. Yucky.
Rekrats....you live around Temple TX? Haha Scott and White didn't get to buy King's Daughters out lol.
Ooh, looks like people would wait behind the curtains for you to come and explore the ward... so that they could jump out on you.
Listening to darkstep music whilst looking through these pics really messes with my head :P
Beds are in great shape from the looks of the shot. Couldn't they be used elsewhere.
Tiny...I agree; 'Music' definitely adds to the experience.
I'm addicted to viewing Mr. Motts' work while listening to "Cryosleep"
Serious? For an abandoned hospital this room is in GREAT condition! I was in the hospital for an ulcer in March, and the room wasn't that much better than this one!
Debbi I can relate to THAT! And it's so nice and private, too! :)
this looks as though it could have been taken at the local hospital today...scary
its like you are waiting for a creepy psycho janitor to pull the curtains back
oldest beds i ever saw.
Wow...nice.
I think a good song for this album would be "Hospital" by The Used...... But thats jsut me... in other words this is an amazing shot, Motts!
my husband was born in this hospital in 1946. his mother told me the lady in the bed next to her was upset because she was "in a room with a jew."
hopefully things have changed in the city of brotherly love.
