They do have those little foot flushers...in Europe...well..Italy at least..so much more convenient.

The "light fixture" or "soap dispenser" appears to be part of the plumbing, if you look at the top of the bedpan washer/urinal, it appears to be the same size as the hole in the wall. Copper robbers, or whoever, probably took the hook portion out of it.

Yup, a Cyclo-Flush or an Aero-Flush bed pan washer. The lids are made of stainless steel so the are of great value in the scrap market.
