What a commercial for floor wax this would make. "And yet through all this decay, the floor still shines!"
Well, it looks flooded to me.

Twinned, wierd, somehow that made me think of Hugh Hiefner...
Yep, the whole floor here was covered in standing water.
Perfect symmetry - even to the reflections on the floor. Awesome!
maybe they were cloned?
Too bad we don't see today the craftsmanship on those old doors
Choices presented here.
one pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small
...and the ones that mother gives you, don't do anything at all...
Pure chance! One door leads to a day of fun, and the other one leads to nowhere! So, which one goes where? HUH???
Fantastic composition in this shot! I would love to turn one of these doors into a coffee table.
I LOVE this shot, Motts! something about it brings back Kubrik-esque memories of the "Twins" from The Shining. Very Nice!
Please don't make me choose either door! Great shot!
I wonder what it is about this shot that says "The Shining," because that was my first thought too... maybe it was the suggestive title that triggered one of the first images that comes to mind when I think of twins in the context of creepy/decay.
Love the patina on the the wood doors.
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
....some go left, some go right.....noone ever comes back to see me...
Did that standing water smell? I know when my dish-drainer gets full of standing water it stinks to high heaven and that makes me want to gag...and clean it ASAP lol.

I can't imagine the damp and moldy-mildewy smell in this place.
It can get a little funky in the warmer months, but nothing unbearable. The really stinky places are the ones that have no air circulation at all (boarded up tight, some basements, etc).
The Lady...Or the Tiger?
