My guess is that the creator lost interest, declared that it was 'an ashtry' and called it quits there.
I'm curious about the light bulb, though. I've never ever seen a light bulb with anything other than the typical bulb shape. So it begs the question- Did that bulb not burn out for 50 years?
I wonder if this is one of those lightbulbs that is guaranteed not to burn out for like 50 years or 100 years or something lol.
