Was there fire damage there? Some of the broken pieces look almost burned.
It does look that way, doesn't it?
There is an abandoned chair shot there!
The decay above the door just under the celing looks like a face.
I don't recall there being fire damage when these were taken...
AN OLDER WING OF THE BULIDING?
The bright yellow, solid plastic chair definitely looks out-of-place, eh?
awwwww.....! i love the little yellow chair!
wow funky chair!
I can see the face also.
It's probably just rot, old rotted wood and plaster, and moldy. And you how great you are Mott at catching the colors or lack of colors, just right!
Ohhh cool, I see the face, too, now that you mention it!
The first thing I saw was what looks like the upper torso of a man standing with his arms folded. That just captured me!
Torso was the FIRST thing I seen too!
YES, he IS there above the door, just waiting, for say someone like Motts, or US!
Very cool photography!!
Is it me or is there a figure of a person popping out from the chipping paint above the door? .....................Spooky!
How refreshing to see just normal, natural decay rather than loads and loads of graffiti. You can certainly enjoy the natural beauty of the woodwork and architecture a lot more when it's not saturated with spray paint.
This picture is amazing-awesome contrasting colors-and the open doors-they look so far away!
Look at that fabulous ceiling. Coves and panels. One almost misses it when captured by the "torso". Soap dispenser sighting.
