It's really wild, some of the wood ( the wood in the floor above and the shelves)look nearly new and untouched and still almost pretty, to be surrounded by so much rot and decay. What a stark contridiction!
Lovely shelving, amidst a rusted, crusty, light fixture!
That is really awesome!
wow, love this one! Such great contrasts and the light bulb adds a nice touch to the whole thing. Lovely!
Oooh, I'd love to have me some shelves that looked like that!
Damn that is a weird place to put a soap dispenser!!
Funny!
The wood is beautiful. They should at least try to save the good stuff before they tear it down. Amazing.
Those shelves are brilliant!
Gorgeous shelves - beautiful woodworking. And the chest on the second floor (that by rights we shouldn't be able to see from this room!) is also beautiful. How did they stay so pristine when the rest of the room was falling down around them?
funny how the shelves are perfect, but the floor is destroyed
Odd little room. . . any idea what it was used for?
"the ceiling keeps fallin on my head"
The old and the new, the true and the blue?
Love to have the shelving and the cabinet from the floor above.
I want the shelves
how long before the cabinet above ends up in the florr below?
Dawn Michelle, you said it!
Coveting those shelves...
is it a mail hole or pidgeon hole of some sort?
The wood impresses me
Can I have dibs on the armoire upstairs?
