Absolutely, it's a conveyor track, and the reason for the angles is to keep the crushed coal in the center of the track and minimize cleanup and lost product.

As always, Motts, you can take the most mundane part of a derelict operation and breathe new live into it.

I was raised in a little patch just north of this breaker. Those rollers were covered with a wide rubber belt that carried either rock or coal to another destination ore treatment.
