i like this shot it just has this cold feeling also when i first looked at it to me it looked like a bathroom

Yeah I agree it does look like a bathroom not a 'room' for people. Not much privacy here is there. Ugh...that would not be good. Esp if a patient made alot of noise you wouldn't be able to sleep at all......

At least they had some privacy instead of the huge dorms that were just packed with beds with no dividers at all.

Way back when, it didn't matter how much noise someone made...you were given a pill to make you sleep, a pill to wake you up, and a pill to calm you down after you woke up....

Tomarrow is April Fool's day you guys! Yay!.lol I can't wait untill Easter, it is a cute holiday. Motts, your pictures have continued to amaze me each and every time, I love your dedication and enjoyment of historic and abandoned buildings and I share a similar fascination. I hope to some day achieve a career similair to yours. It would be an honour to be able to meet you online, or in person. I have many suggestions for buildings in Jacksonville, Florida that you could perhaps explore, if it is legal! lol Best wishes to you and your website. :)

coco i live right below jacksonville in palatka and have been exploring deserted buildings for years one word of caution a lot of buildings i have poked around in in your area are inhabited with street people so there is a certain element of danger please be careful as i have run across a couple that no matter how diplomatic i was tried to become violent but i am always armed with high quality pepper spray and have had to deploy it on a couple of occasions
