Turquoise again, LOVE IT. I really like the old transoms they used to have over doorways. You don't see that anymore, I for one, wish they would bring them back. Like tail fins on automobiles!
woah that is cool the whole hallway is peeling and this shot makes it look even more like a school
So far doesn't seem to be a lot of graffti?
I love the hallway shot! The light shining in each doorway makes great patterns on the floor and I love the peeling paint! Really nice shot, Motts!
I just love the texture in this one from the peeling paint. Somehow, the first thing that came to mind was a bird molting its feathers.
My parents kitchen was this color growing up,,, LOL
The color is gorgeous! I love the transoms - you just don't see them much anymore. Awesome shot.
The way every single thing seems to be peeling, it almost looks furry. Sort of like it was all in transition... between there and not-there.
This is a beautifull shot! I love the colours and shadows in this one, it all just comes together so nicely. It really is a beautifull hallway, run-down or not.
I really envy you Mr. Motts' I wish that I could have a hobby such as yours but there are two things getting in the way of that. I don't have a passport, or transportation, and I'm just not that brave! I'd get spooked so easily. I'm glad too see more work from you though I look forward greatly to your work.
Thank you for doing what you do.
the color is ewww, but I love the windows above the doors. I wonder if anyone tried to crawl out of them.
The blending of textures & light is fantastic here.
