There are so many wheelchairs left in the hallways of these places...do you think they were left there when the building was cleaned out and abandoned, or have they been placed there by previous explorers for photographic effect? I've always wondered, but gosh, I love these shots you take.

Someone no longer there in the w/c is waiting for medication from a nurse in the window , the nurse and the medications are not there either. simply haunting.

I'm not sure, there's a stainless steel cylinder with a valve at the end attached to the rubber straps via foam padding... some kind of respiratory component perhaps.
