This totally looks like a seperate building with the brickwork and all, but then I see what looks like a chair/table leg in part of the ceiling support. ( left & right above the ligh fixtures ) What up with those in this industrial architecture?

Probably a stupid question but why would a church need a gym?

As to the question from Matt above; I believe the church had a school on site as well which would explain the gymnasium.

Yes this was a full school as well, there is so much more to it though! It was also used in the most recent Freddy movie for all of the nightmare scenes!
