Bannisters all gone, wondered what they looked like?
Probably beautiful to fit in with the rest of the station.
I guess some scavengers came in and took them? Unless they were removed with everything else (like the clocks, benches, etc)?
I just KNOW there's zombies under there.
bet they were made of brass or copper and they were sold for scrap

Oh my Even living near this creeps me out. Well after watching all those zombie movies (I'm talking about the good ones) I'm just waiting for one to jump out of this photo.... *Shiver* It's beautiful though.
If you turn up the contrast on your monitor, you can really see the detail on the edge of the stairs.

...makes me wish they would restore it even more :(.
