Built to withstand anything. Very interesting!
Oh wow! That's really cool!
Fabulous history!
Are these bunkers built out of something other than concrete and metal rods???
These were made to last, great history!
oops bet someone got in trouble for that mistake
Wow! Wish buildings were that strong today!
they accidentally used smoke bombs
They almost look like ink paintings, or pencil drawings...really great photos, either way.
German engineering, Baby!
On my local news, I saw this exact thing happen to a grain elevator being demolished. You can never use too much TNT!
4 meter thick steel reinforced concrete, the great equalizer.
That`s one reason, why there are still so many bunkers in Germany. It`s too expensive to tear them off.
Almost the same building is found in Hamburg next to the St. Pauli - Soccerstadium ! http://www.szene-in-ha...splayimage-50-7.html Awsome building, like a ancient castle !
One of these is still standing today...
