Closed for only 9 years? These stretchers are in seriously rough shape. I love the bannisters.
Yes these definitely looked out of place; I would guess that someone dragged them up from the basement.
VERY out of place! In the dark it could be mistaken for a figure leaning against the wall. eeek!
More stairs. I like!
I love this picture, can't accurately place why, heh.
What i dont get is why people go to the effort of 'redecorating' by moving things around in these places lol
Maybe it's left over from some movie crew???
I love the railing and bannister
that is great, out of place but perfect in comparison!!
Looks like someone was cleaning house...lol
You dont see pink in hallways very often. I bet those stretchers were dragged out of a wet basement.
definitely 1950s or 60s
Woah, I wonder how old those things are?? And yes, the the railings and the wobbly curvy banister is really neat.
The railing and spindles are beautiful but those rotting old stretchers are creepy.
Salmon pink. Lovely color for a stairway. :-/
Baker-Miller Pink. Yeeecchhhh!!!. It looks like that thing would suddenly open big wide eyes and start walking toward you..(thump...thump...thump...). Actually, there are two dark-ish spots toward the top that kind of LOOK like eyes...or is it only me who sees that ?
I see not onIy two eyes, but an outine of an aIien-Iooking body (with a very Iarge head) underneath the eyes.
I love the old stretcher!
How many bodies has that stretcher taken?
Ha! NvusofMotts and DME, it's like the Stretcher of Turin!
I love the bannisters and the railing
As tattered as those who were carried on it!
This pole stretcher dates back to around the 1980s. The canvas is rotten but the poles are aluminum with plastic hand grips (instead of wood).
Those stretchers are NATO pattern and are still manufactured to the same design. Make a nice bed when one is still out in the field, used them many a night.................just tried very hard not to think of what we were treating on them earlier!!

Question: What does not belong: nurse, hospital, bed, fish
