This whole place is a HUGE surprise... It really has the feel of an old hotel... and a very nice one at that.

...the good doctor paused at the landing just outside his office door, he'd taken to using it more as a bedroom these days, anything not to have to cross the paths of those below, bleeding, coughing, dropping one by one around him..."ah well, down into the muck...we'll make these next two patients quick"...
