Oh, I had to laugh out loud when I saw this. King Diamond, indeed :-). Looks like my old bedroom in junior high... :-D. I STILL listen to 'em :-). Love the title of this gallery, Motts. How do you FIND so many places to explore????? Wish there were more abandoned things near me that I could check out (without having to go to other countries, but that would be fun, too :-)). Thanks for the new galleries.

nvusofmotts, you'd be stunned at how many abandoned places there are tucked away everywhere. There's probably a ton near you, and you've just never noticed them before. That's have the fun of the whole thing, finding all of these places that are essentially hidden in plain sight much of the time.

@nvusofmotts - I'm in pretty much the same situation as you when it comes to abandoned buildings. I live in the heart of Wales; and it seems that whenever a building is no longer required for its purpose, it's either swiftly demolished or converted into something else pretty sharpish. So it's no wonder that I keep rolling back to this site like a bad penny ;)

awesome, even if they were insane they had amazing taste in music! i have a feeling Gene is not there because they were afraid he might incite demonic behaviour lol. The funny thing is I have those exact same posters, they are from a German magazine, I got them when I lived in Europe in the early eighties.. i think they are from Pop magazine or from Bravo magazine. being a crazed KISS fan in Europe back then left you with only German magazines in which to find pics of them!
