The Big Cooler

The Big Cooler

The next few shots are from my visit in 2008, inside the gurney morgue that I missed on my first visit.

First post....miracles do happen!
Everything seems to be in such good shape. I like the tiles.
I love these old places. I look through abandoned buildings all the time where i live in st.louis. I sure love this cooler. I have a walk in cooler in my parents basement that I assembled my self, and I sleep in it every night. I have a flat panel tv on the wall, dvd player, xbox, and even a telephone inside, and yes the cooler it self does work as I hooked it up, and designed it to keep a comfortable temperature of 68 degrees.
Shawn,

I'm starting to wonder about you,
Not in a stalker kinda way...
i love that green bucket, i want ti!
Shawn... you don't get out much, do you?

;-)
Lol @ Shawn. I would have done the same thing XD
That bucket looks intimidating...
That green bucket is cool. I wonder how old it is. Its no where near as creepy as those jars with tissue samples
does anyone want to hold a telethon for Shawn?
I love the Martha Stewart Green Bucket. It's a Good thing.(ha ha) And Shawn if you are in St. Louis you should head up to Waverly Hills Asylum. (but not abandoned) I hear they do a haunted house there in OCt. It was Awesome when I went ! and it will give you something to do!!!
shawn u need to get a life
The only Waverly Hills I know of is the former TB sanitarium in KY. The St Louis Psych Rehab center has the main part of the Kirkbride remaining and has active facilities in the area.
@ JackieB
Possibly 1950s or 60s, this colour (and the emaile look of the bucket) was pretty fashionable in post-war Germany
